The Real-Life First-Aid Kit
Build a kit - and the skills - for emergencies that don't fit a Band-Aid.
AboutWhat this class covers
Drugstore first-aid kits stop at scraped knees. This class is about everything that happens after that: the cut that won't stop bleeding, the relative who can't walk up the basement stairs, the burn that needs more than cool water, the suspected heart attack at 2am twenty miles from the nearest ER.
We'll build a tiered kit (pocket / car / home / safe-room), cover the supplies that actually matter, and walk through the techniques that turn a kit from a box of stuff into something you can use under stress. The class is self-paced; expect roughly 2–3 hours total across 8 lessons.
