ResQ‑R (say it “rescuer”) is a friendly firefighter Dalmatian whose spots
hide a QR code. Put a badge on the safety gear around you—a fire extinguisher,
an AED, a park grill—and a scan opens a short, local safety lesson about
exactly that thing. Partners like WHFD make and print their own badges.

WHFD is EdQuest’s. It focuses on prevention, community safety
education, and incipient (beginning‑stage) fire response, not 911 emergencies.
It runs Stubby, its fire engine, and proudly sponsors local Scout troops.
